Cancellation Policy

I understand that unexpected things can happen, and life can be unpredictable. However, to be fair to my time and the time of other clients, I kindly ask that you respect my policies. • A $10 booking fee per service is required to secure your appointment. This fee is non-refundable but will go toward the total cost of your service. • If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid additional charges. • If you fail to show up or do not call to cancel on the day of your appointment, you will be charged 90% of the service cost. • If you cancel on the same day as your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. • Each client is allowed one (1) same-day cancellation or reschedule without penalty as a courtesy. Late Policy: • There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened, and the full service price will still apply. • If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and 90% of the service cost will be charged.
